Happy Earth Day!!!

Today is one of my favorite days of the year..Earth Day. Get out and do something to make a positive impact on the environment. Plant and tree, pick up some trash, just get out and do something!!!!

Today has been one year since the Virginia Tech shooting.

R.I.P. to those who died that day.

I was on the train this morning and a homeless guy asked me do I have 84¢ he can have. I’m not making fun of homeless people, but why do they ask for odd amount of change…Why not ask for 50¢ or $1?? Sometimes they will get bold with you. One day, one asked me for $5….. I’ll give them a dollar or some change, but when they say something like that, it throws me off.

Economic Stimulus Rebate Checks Are Coming!!!!

Stimulus rebate check will be mailed out starting May 2. The date you get your check is based on the last two digits of your SSN.

Those that use direct deposit when you filed your taxes, your rebate should be deposited by:

00-20: May 2
21-75: May 9
76-99: May 16

Those that mailed your filed taxes, your rebate should be deposited by:
00-09: May 16
10-18: May 23
19-25: May 30
26-38: June 6
39-51: June 13
53-63: June 20
64-75: June 27
76-87: July 4
88-99: July 11

And those that owe the government...you might not get one depending on how much you owe.

Don’t know about you but I’ll be getting mine on May 2, and I think that PS3 got my name on it.

Last Day To Pay Uncle Sam!!

Have you filed your taxes? Today is the due date. For all you procastinators out there you better get it in the mail today or suffer a penalty. Me, myself, I filed mine 2 weeks after I got my W-2 so I’m good. What about you?
